up by 5am; coffee/news till 630am and then to work by 7am; at work till 11:30am and then to gym for 3 mile treadmill run; from gym to bank and then to local grocer for supplies. Back to work by 1pm and till 4pm. From work to park for 3 mile run in the woods and then home by 530pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm.
