up by 4am; coffee/music/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 1130am then to gym for 3 mile treadmill run; back to work by 1245pm and till 3:40pm then to park by 4pm for another 3 mile run in the woods. home by 5pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm.
