up by 5am; coffee/news till 630am and work by 7am; work till 1130am and gym by 1140am for weight training; gym till 1245pm and back to work by 1pm. work till 4pm and then home by 430pm; out from 630pm to 7pm for groceries and back  home by 715am for evening. Crash by 11pm.
