05/21/14

up by 4am; coffee/news till 5am and then to gym by 530am; gym till 7am and then to work by 710am; work till 11:30 and back to gym for a 2.5 mile treadmill run. Back to work by 12pm and till 4pm; home from work by 445pm. out for take out sushi from 615pm to 630pm and home for rest of evening. Crash by 8pm.
