up by 3:45am; coffee/news/music till 5am and then to gym by 530am for weight training. Gym till 7am and then to work by 710am; work till 12pm then to local store for grocery shopping and back to work by 1pm; work till 4pm and then home by 5pm; out briefly at 530pm for a couple beers at local dive cantina and some writing and then home by 630pm for evening. Crash by 2am.
