up by 4am; coffee/news till 5am and to gym by 530am; gym till 7am and to work by 7:10am; work till 11:30am then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 12:30pm and till 345pm; from work to park for 2.5 mile run in the woods and home by 530pm for eveing. Crash by 9pm
