up by 5am; coffee/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and then to gym by 1145am for weight training. Gym till 12:45pm and back to work by 1pm; work till 4pm and then home by 5pm; our from 6 to 620pm for take out sushi and then in for evening. Crash by 10pm.
