Up by 5am; coffee/music/reading till 6:30am; work by 7am; ran 3 miles at gym from 11:30 to Noon and food and back to work by 12:30pm; work till 4pm and home by 4:30pm; out for take-out Sushi from 6:30 to 7:00pm; in for evening talking music with housemate and watching "medium" on Netflix. Crash by 10pm (woo! late night!) ;-) ...
