04/25/13

Up by 4am; coffee/reading/music till 5am and then to gym by 5am for weights; left gym at 645am and stopped by Subway for breakfast (two for one before 9am all month, I've been milking it!); work by 7:15am and till 11:15am; back to gym for 2.5 mile run and then to shop for next weeks groceries; back at work by 12:30pm and until 4pm; home by 4:45pm and for evening. Crashed by 10pm.
