Up at 4am; coffee/reading/music till 5am; gym for weights from 530am to 645am; work from 7am to 11am and gym for 2 mile run from 11:30 to 12 noon; stopped by grocery before heading back to work (Sellers) and picked up various food items for next few days; back at work from 12:30pm to 4pm; home by 5pm for evening. Crash by 10pm.
