Up at 4am; coffee/music/reading till 5am; gym from 5:30am till 7am (strength training/weights); work from 7:20am to 11am; to bank around 11:15, check deposit, etc. and then to gym (running 3 miles) from 11:30am to 12 noon; work from 12 noon till 4pm; picked up sushi near house and home by 4:45pm; home for evening, crashed by 10pm.
