up by 5am; coffee/music/reading till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11am and then to gym for weights until 12:30pm. Back to work by 12:45pm and till 4pm; home by 430pm; left for take out sushi at 6pm and home by 630pm for evening. Crash by 9pm.
