up by 4am; coffee, music, reading till 5am and then to gym by 5:30am for weight training; gym till 7am and then to work by 7:10am. Work till 12:45pm and then left for lunch (really just shopping for groceries/sundries for an hour) and then back to work by 2pm. Work till 4pm and then home by 430pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm.
