up by 4am; coffee, music, reading till 5am and then to gym by 5:30am for weight training. Gym till 7am and then by Subway for breakfast and to work by 7:15am. Work till 1pm and then to family house for CNN and cats (and a nap), stopped by Chinese fast food on way back to work for hot/sour soup to go and back to work by 2am. Work till 4pm and then to park by 4:30pm for a 3 mile run in the woods (it was lovely). Home by 5:30pm and then out for Malaysian take out at 6:30pm and home by 7pm for evening. Crash by 10pm.
