up by 4am; coffee, music, reading till 5am and then to gym by 5:30am for weight training; gym till 7am and then to work by 7:10am; work till 11:30am and then to family house for CNN and cats and back to work by 12:30pm; work till 4pm and then to Memorial park for a 2.5 mile run in the woods; from park to home by 5:30pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm.
