up by 5:00am; coffee, music, reading till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 12:30pm and then to family house for CNN (the cats were hiding) and then back to work by 1:30pm. Work till 4pm and then to Memorial Park for a 3 mile run in the woods. Lots of wind in the canopy. Sounded like rapids. Left park by 5:00pm and home by 5:30pm for evening. Crash by 9pm.
