up by 5am; coffee, music, reading till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:00am and then to gym for weight training; back to work by 12:15pm and till 4pm; from work to Memorial Park for 3 mile run in the woods; from trails to grocery store near house for essentials (tofu, olive oil, sirracha, etc.) and to house by 6:20pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm
