up by 4am; coffee, music, reading till 5:00am and to gym by 5:30am for weight training; gym till 6:50am and then to work by 7am. Work till 11:30am and then to family house for lunch, CNN and cats and back to work by 12:30pm. Work till 4:00pm and then to trails for 2.5 mile run in the woods till 4:30pm. Home by 5:20pm for evening. Crash by 10pm.
