up by 5:30am; coffee, music, reading till 6:30am and to work by 7am. Work till 145pm and then to gym by 2pm for weight training. Back to work by 3pm and till 4pm. From work, to Memorial Park by 4:30pm for a three mile run in the woods. Left park around 5pm and home by 5:30pm; out briefly around 6:30pm for take out sushi and home by 7pm for evening. Crash by 10pm.
