up by 4:30am; coffee/music/news/vid games till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:15am and then to gym by 11:30 for weight training; gym till 12:30pm and back to work by 12:45pm. Work till 4pm and then to park by 4:30pm for 3 mile run in the woods; home from park by 5:20pm; out from house around 6:20pm for take out sushi and back home by 6:40pm for evening. Crash by 10pm.
