up by 445am; coffee/music/news till 630am and to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 12:30pm and till 4pm; home from work by 4:30pm (took off from running for the day) and then out for Malaysian take out around 6:30pm and back to house by 7pm for evening; crash by 10:30pm.
