up by 5am; coffee/music/reading till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:15am and then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 12:30pm and till 4pm; from work to park for 3 mile run in the woods and home by 5:30pm; out for Malaysian take out from 6:30pm to 7pm and in for evening. Crash by 10pm.
