up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:15am and then to gym for weights; gym till 12:30pm and back to work by 12:45pm; work till 4pm; from work to park by 4:30pm for 3 mile run in the woods; park till 5pm and home by 5pm; from house, out to get take out sushi at 630pm and back home by 7pm for evening; crash by 10pm.
