up by 4:30am; coffee and then to gym by 5:30am to 6:45am for weights; work by 7am and till 11:00am; back to gym from 11:15am to 11:40am for 2 mile run; pops place for lunch until 12:30pm and back to work from 12:45pm to 4pm; home by 5pm; take out sushi at 5:45pm and home by 6pm for evening.
