05/30/13

up by 4am; coffee/reading till 5am; to gym by 5:30am for weights; left gym by 6:45 and then to grocery store for fruit/etc.and then to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and then back to gym for 4 mile run and back to work by 12:30 for lunch. At work till 4pm and home by 4:30pm; then went to pick up take-out sushi around 6pm and  home by 6:15pm for evening. Watched Netflix (I'm totally digging the "TED" speeches on space) and crashed by 10pm.
