05/16/13

up by 4am; coffee, music, etc till 5am then to gym by 530am for weights; left gym by 6:55am and to work by 7am; left work and back to gym by 11:15am for 2 mile run and then back to work by 12 noon for food and lunch till 12:45pm; work till 4pm and home by 5pm; take out sushi around 6:30pm and home by 7pm for evening; crashed by 10pm.
