up by 6am; stop'd by sbucks for coffee on way in and at work by 7am and until 11:30am; at gym from 11:45am to 12:15pm for 3.5 mile run and back to work by 12:30pm and until 4pm; home by 5pm for evening. Crash by 9pm.
