up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and then to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and then to gym for weight training; back to work by 1pm and till 4pm. Then to park for 3 mile run in the woods; home by 5:30pm and out for take out sushi from 6pm to 620pm and in for evening. Crash by 10pm.
