up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and then to gym for weight training; gym till 12:30 and then back to work by 12:45pm. Work till 4pm and then to park for 3 mile run in the woods. Home from park by 5:30pm. Out for Malaysian take out at 6:30pm and back to house by 6:45pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm
