up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and then to gym for weight training; gym till 12:30pm and back to work by 12:50pm; work till 3:45pm and then to park for three mile run in the woods; from park, home by 5:30pm. Out from house from 6:30pm to 6:50pm for take out Sushi and in for evening. Crash by 10pm.
