up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:15am and then to gym for three mile run; back to work by 12:30pm and till 3:45pm; from work to park for second 3 mile run in the woods and then home by 5:30pm for the evening. Crash by 10pm.
