up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 630am and then to work by 7am; work till 11am and to gym by 11:15 for weight training; back to work by 12:40pm. Work till 3pm and then to park for 3 mile run in the woods (was raining, muddy and about 40F degrees and fun as fuck; see pic below). Home by 430pm and then out for take out sushi from 530 to 6pm; in for evening after that; crash by 10pm.
