up by 5am; coffee/music/Hawken until 630am and then to work by 7am; work till 11:20pm and then to gym for 3.5 mile treadmill run; back to work by 12:30pm. Work till 4pm and then home by 430pm. Out from house at 630pm for take out Malaysian and back home by 645pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm.
