up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am. Work till 11:30 then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 12:30pm and till 4pm; home from work by 5pm for evening. Wanted to run but developing some sort of fucking bronchial infection and so decided not too as it's rainy and windy and cold as feck. Crash by 10pm.
