up by 5am; coffee/music/inet till 6:30am and then to work by 7am; work till 12noon and then to lunch at Jason's Deli in Baytown; back to work by 1pm and till 4pm; from work to trails for 3 mile run in the woods. home from woods by 6pm; out for Malaysian take out at 6:30pm and back home by 7pm for evening; crash by 10pm.
