up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am. out from work, briefly, around 10am to ship a couple packages at fed ex and then back to work till 11:30am then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 12:30pm and till 3:45pm; from work to trails by 4pm for 3 mile run in the woods and then home by 5pm for evening. local friend came over around 6:30pm to pick up a pair of headphones I sold him. Home for evening and crash by 9pm.
