up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and then to work by 7am; work till 11:15am and then to gym by 11:30am for weight training; gym till 12:30pm and back to work by 12:45pm; work till 4pm and then home by 4:30pm; out for groceries around 6:30pm and home by 7pm for evening. Crash by 10.
