12/20/13

up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and then to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and then to gym for weight training; gym till 12:40pm and then back to work by 1pm. Work till 345pm and then to trails by 410pm for a four mile run in the woods. New shoes. It didn't go so well ...anyway, home by 5pm for evening. Crash by midnight.
