up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and to gym by 11:45pm for weight training. Gym till 12:45pm and back to work by 1pm; work till 4pm and then to trails by 4:30pm for 3 mile run in the woods. Home from park by 5:30pm. Out to grocery store at 6pm and home by 6:45pm for evening. Crash by 9pm.
