up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:15am and then to gym by 11:30am for weight training; gym till 12:30pm and back to work by 12:45pm. Work till 4pm and then to park for 2.5 mile run in the woods; home from park by 5:30pm for evening. Crash by 9pm.
