up by 6am; coffee/music/design stuff till 10am and then to gym by 10:30am for weight training. Gym till 11:30am and then to park for three mile run in the woods. Park till 12:30am and then to local cantina for a couple beers and some more design work on the lap top. Home by 2:30pm and for evening. Crash by midnight.
