up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:15am and to gym by 11:30am for weights; back to work by 12:45pm and till 3:45pm; from work to park for 3 mile run in the woods; park till 5pm and then home by 5:30pm for evening; crash by 9pm.
