up by 5am; coffee/music/new still 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 12:30pm and till 3pm; home by 4pm; out from 4:30pm to 5pm for take out sushi and then home for evening. Crash by 9pm.
