up by 5am; coffee/music/reading till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:30am and to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 12:15pm and till 4pm; from work to park for 3.5 mile run in the woods; home from park by 5:30pm and for evening; crash by 10pm.
