up by 5am; coffee/music/new still 630am and to work by 7am; work till 11am and then home by noon; out from house at 1pm to see movie (Lone Survivor: I found it grueling and difficult to sit through) and then home by 4pm. Watched another movie from home, the very excellent film "Her" ... I found it very enjoyable, quite disturbing, humorous at times and hugely saddening. Crash y 8pm.
