up by 4:30am; coffee/music/reading till 6:30am and to work by 7am. work till 11:15am and then to gym by 11:30am for weight training; gym till 12:30pm and then to work by 12:45 and till 4pm. Home by 4:30pm and for evening. Crash by 9pm.
