up by 4:30am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am. Work till 11:00am and then to gym by 11:30am for weight training. Back to work by 1pm and till 4pm. Home from work by 4:30pm. Out for Malaysian take out around 6:30pm and back home by 6:45pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm.
