up by 5am; coffee/music/news till 6:30am and to work by 7am. Work till 11:00am and then to gym by 11:15am for weight training; gym till 12:30pm and back to work by 12:45pm; work till 4pm and then to park for 2.5 mile run on flat track. Home from park by 6pm and for evening. Crash by 10pm.
