up by 5am; coffee, music, news till 630am and then to work by 7am. Work till 11:30am and then to family house for CNN and cats; back to work by 12:30pm and until 4pm. From work to park by 4:30pm for four mile run in the woods. Home from park by 6pm. House security system had a freak out and triggered immediately upon my entering. Cops came about 20 minutes later then left when they confirmed that we all really lived there. LOL. In all evening and crashed by 9pm.
