up by 4:30am; coffee/music/news/reading till 6:30am and to work by 7am; work till 11:00am and then to gym by 11:15 for weight training. Gym till 12:30pm and back to work by 12:45pm. Work till 4pm and then home (fucking traffic) by 5:15pm and for evening. Political webcast, vid games, and other inet stuff. Crash by midnight.
